To make an Insta Online transfer, simply logon to your account at www.icicibank.co.uk and transfer funds instantly to a registered beneficiary having an account with ICICI Bank Limited India. |

What is Online Transfer to any other Bank in India? |
| |
You can transfer money online to any bank in India (banks who are participants of the electronic clearing system in India) with Online Transfers. You can use this service to send money to more than 55000 branches of various banks in India. To make an Online Transfer, simply logon to your account at www.icicibank.co.uk and transfer funds to a registered beneficiary account of any bank branch, which is a part of electronic clearing system in India. Typically the beneficiary account will be credited in 2 working days. |

How do I register a new beneficiary? |
| |
Simply logon to your account and follow the steps below:
- Go to the remittance section
- Click on International Money Transfers, a new window will open where you can ‘Add the new Beneficiary’. Make sure you complete the beneficiary details with the correct name, address, phone number, date of birth, occupation and account details of the beneficiary, as it appears on their bank account.
- Click on ‘Confirm’ to submit the details.
- Once you have submitted the details, you need to call us on 08081 31 41 51 (freephone from UK landline) to verify your beneficiary details.
The beneficiary will be registered within 24 hours of your verifying the details.
You need to register your beneficiary just once to transfer money anytime. In case of any change in the bank details of the beneficiary, you will need to register the beneficiary again and delete the previous registration of the same beneficiary.

Who can be registered as a beneficiary for Online Transfers? |
| |
You can register any beneficiary having an account either with ICICI Bank Limited, India or any other bank that takes part in the electronic clearing system of India. |

When is the beneficiary approved? |
| |
The beneficiary will be approved if the beneficiary details provided by you online match the details that you give over the phone by calling the customer service. |

How long does ICICI Bank UK PLC take to approve the beneficiary? |
|
Once you register the beneficiary online, you need to call the customer service on 08081 31 41 51 (freephone from UK landline) to verify the beneficiary details. The beneficiary will be approved within 1 working day of your calling up the customer service. |

When can I start transferring the money? |
|
As soon as your beneficiary is approved, you can start transferring the money. |

What is the limit for transferring money to India? |
| |
You can transfer up to GBP 5000 per day to beneficiaries having an account with ICICI Bank Limited, India and up to GBP 4999 per day to any other bank in India (which is a participant of the electronic clearing system in India). |

How can I track the money transfer to India? |
| |
A tracking Id number starting with ‘SR’ will be generated when you submit the money transfer request. Please note this tracking Id number and visit the transfer history page to track the status of your transfer. |

Can I change the beneficiary details? |
| |
You can modify or change the address, phone number, occupation and email id of the beneficiary. If you want to change any other details, you will have to first delete your existing beneficiary and submit a new request to add the beneficiary. |

How do I update details of my beneficiary who were approved prior to 17th February 2010? |
|
| |
If you have an approved beneficiary prior to 17th February 2010, that beneficiary will be available in the Modify/Delete beneficiary section of the remittance page. However you will have to provide additional information about the registered beneficiary like address, phone number and the occupation. This is a one time update and you do not have to call the call centre to confirm these details. The steps to update this information are as follows:
- Go to the ‘Modify/Delete beneficiary’ page by clicking on the left had side Menu option
- Click on the ‘ Edit’ button on the top of the page, so that address, phone number, occupation and the Email id fields become editable
- Please enter the beneficiary’s India address and phone number
- After selecting the State, the system will refresh
- After selecting the City, the system will refresh
- The country code should be only 3 digits e.g. 091 for India. Don’t enter any special characters.
- Choose the beneficiary’s occupation
- Once the details are completed click ‘Confirm, on the bottom of the page
- Start transferring the funds
