    NRI property services are offered by ICICI Home Finance Company (IHFC). IHFC is a fully owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank UK PLC has tied up with IHFC to offer property services. ICICI Bank UK acts as introducer only and helps in facilitating client documentation to initiate the relationship with IHFC. IHFC only assists in facilitating customer relationship with builder/construction companies in India. Neither ICICI Bank UK PLC nor IHFC advise or make any recommendations regarding any property to be purchased or the builder to be selected. The properties offered are products of third party builders.

  2. Who regulates India Linked property services?
    NR property services are not regulated by any regulatory body in India. However, IHFC is regulated by the National Housing Board of India.

  3. What should you do if you have a complaint?

    ICICI Bank UK PLC is responsible for resolving all pre-sales complaints (complaints regarding matters up to the time the builder issues an allotment letter).

    ICICI Bank UK PLC will liaise with ICICI Bank Home Finance Company, who will contact the third party builder to resolve all after sales complaints (all complaints regarding matters after the issuance of the allotment letter by the builder).
