Beware of fraudulent e-mails/Chain Mails

E-Mails requesting sensitive account information

We understand that third parties pretending to be online banks have been sending emails to online customers asking them to visit counterfeit websites and submit Login ID / debit card details. The purpose of these fraudulent emails is to get your personal account information, for example user IDs, passwords, account numbers by clicking on these e-mail links or by visiting the counterfeit website.

Please note:

ICICI Bank will never ask for this information from you. So please do not share this information even if it looks like the Website or email is from ICICI Bank.

In case you have already given such sensitive information, please report this immediately to ukcustomerrelations@icicibank.com or to our 24-hour Free Call Phone at 080 81 31 41 51. You may need to change your password, PIN or login details.

If you receive an e-mail claiming to be from ICICI Bank asking for account information, please let us know immediately by forwarding the e-mail to ukservice@icicibank.com or ukdirect@icicibank.com or by calling our 24-hour Free Call Phone at 080 81 31 4151 and together we can try to reduce fraud.
