TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the “Thomas Cook – Flights within India” offer being extended by ICICI Bank UK PLC (“ICICI Bank”).

The words “we”, “us” and “our” mean ICICI Bank.

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to, and not in derogation of the Personal Banking Terms and Conditions, Debit Card Terms and Conditions and Travel Card Terms and Conditions available on our website at www.icicibank.co.uk. If there is any inconsistency between the Personal Banking Terms and Conditions, the Debit Card Terms and Conditions, Travel Card Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of Thomas Cook India available on the Alliance Partner’s Website. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and condition and any the terms and conditions of Thomas Cook India, the terms and conditions of Thomas Cook India will prevail.

By participating in this offer, a customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which may be amended, modified or supplemented at any time by us.

Any changes in the Terms and Conditions will be posted and updated on our website at www.icicibank.co.uk.

I. Definitions

" Alliance Partner " shall mean Thomas Cook (India) Pvt Ltd, who has entered into an agreement with ICICI Bank Ltd. for purpose of providing the Offer.

“ Alliance Partner’s Website ” shall mean website of the Alliance Partner available at www.thomascook.in.

“ Card ” shall mean an ICICI Bank debit card for a current account(s) maintained with ICICI Bank or travel cards issued by ICICI Bank on ICICI Bank Ltd.’s behalf.

" Cardholder " shall mean a person who holds a Card.

“ Deal Code(s) ” shall mean ICDFS300 for availing a discount of INR 300 and ICDFS300 for availing a discount of INR 650.

" Offer " shall mean such discount(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of flight tickets on the Alliance Partner’s Website for routes within India using a Card during the Offer Period and as further elaborated in these Terms and Conditions.

" Offer Period " shall mean the period commencing from August 3, 2016 to December 31, 2017, both days inclusive.

" Offer Website " shall mean the website of the Alliance Partner available at www.thomascook.in/icicioffer.

II. Offer Details

• A Cardholder will be entitled to a discount of INR 300 per transaction on a minimum booking of INR 4,500 applicable for one-way flights within India and INR 650 per transaction on minimum booking of INR 9,000 applicable for return flights within India.
• To avail the Offer a booking should be made within the Offer Period however there is no restriction on the travel dates and these can be outside the Offer Period.
• Customers cannot club this offer with any other offer running on www.thomascook.in.
• Minimum booking amount includes charges levied by the Airlines but may exclude other transactional charges and/or convenience fees.

III. How to avail the Offer

• This Offer is available to a Cardholder, during the Offer Period.
• To avail the discount a Cardholder will need to process the payment on the Offer Website using a Card and should enter the relevant Deal Code.
• An amount equivalent to the booking amount and other charges and converted into GBP will be debited into your account. The translation rate for such translations will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Debit Card Terms and Condition. • For the tickets booked through the Travel Card, an amount equivalent to the booking amount and any other charges will be deducted from the balance in your Travel Card.

IV. Queries, complaints or communication in relation to the Offer

• The Cardholder acknowledges that this Offer is brought to you solely by Alliance Partner and we are only communicating this Offer on behalf of the Alliance Partner and do not guarantee or make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness of the discounts provided under the Offer or the availability of the Offer.
• All queries or complaints or general communication relating to the Offer, if any, should therefore be addressed to the Alliance Partner directly and Cardholders can write to sales@thomascook.in.
• The Alliance Partner will address such queries or complaints received by it within 30 days of making the relevant booking on the Alliance Partner’s Website.

V. Additional Terms

• A Cardholder should carefully read and accept the terms and Conditions on the Alliance Partner’s Website and proceed to make purchases only if these are agreeable. These terms and conditions may include important information regarding rates and charges applicable to cancellation of bookings.
• A Cardholder might be required to enter Indian mobile number for communication purpose.
• Any discount will be applicable on an adult and child ticket only. Charges for infant passengers, if any, are not included in the minimum eligible amount of INR 4,500 and INR 9,000.
• This Offer is not valid for transactions which are cancelled or rejected.
• The Offer is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• The Cardholder acknowledges that the Alliance Partner may modify or discontinue the Offer.
• Since the Offer is being provided by the Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank is only communicating it, ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for a delay or inapplicability of the discount in or in case the Offer Website is not functional
• Any complaints relating to the offer will need to be taken up with Thomas Cook India.
• If the ICICI Bank Card net banking user/Cardholder ceases to be so at any time during their Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank net banking user/Cardholder.
