How to Apply for HomeVantage Current Account

1 Who is eligible?

To open a HomeVantage Current Account you need to be 18 years of age or older and a resident of UK or India.

2 What documents do I need?

You need to submit:

  • A valid proof of identity
  • A valid proof of address

What is a valid proof of identity?

Your proof of identity must be issued by a public authority, displaying your name, date of birth, nationality, signature and a photograph of you. Your passport (should be valid atleast six months from the date you apply) and UK full driving licence are two good examples of proof of identity.

Please note that the original documents would be verified and returned back after taking photocopies. If you're applying for a joint account, we will need this identification from both of you.

What is a valid proof of address?

Your proof of address must be issued by a recognised authority, bank or utility company (e.g. water, gas, electric or telephone company) and should include your full address. Your proof of address, except in the case of driving license, should not be more than three months old and could be in the form of a utility bill, tax bill, driving license or bank statement.
