What is an eStatement?


eStatements are online statements. Instead of printing your account statements on paper and mailing them to you, we make them available to you electronically in PDF format in your logged in section. You can access them online or down load them on you device.

Do eStatements have the same legal effect as the paper statements?


Yes, eStatements meet the same legal requirements as paper statements. They are in the same format and contain the same transactions .They look identical to your paper statement.

How can I access my monthly statements?


You can access your monthly eStatements online by using your Internet Banking Login ID and Password or via your Mobile Banking App.
You can view online, save to your computer and print, if you choose to.

I would still like receive my paper statements. What should I do?


If you’d prefer to receive your paper statements either quarterly or monthly, or you need to discuss about your account please call, the call centre number on 0344 412 4444. (Calls to this number use free plan minutes if available, otherwise they cost the same as 01/02 prefix calls).

I forgot my Internet Banking Password. What should I do?


If you’ve forgotten or lost your Internet Banking User ID and Password, you can re-apply. Just visit our login page, click on the 'Forgot/Reissue password’ link and complete the quick form.

Will my online password expire?


For security reasons, if you don’t use your password during a 13 months period it will expire. If this happens, you can call us on 0344 412 4444 (Calls to this number use free plan minutes if available, otherwise they cost the same as 01/02 prefix calls) and ask for a new password. Just visit our login page (We should give link here), click on the 'Forgot/Reissue password’ link and complete the quick form.

 

We will send a new password to you within seven Business Days.

How will I be notified of the availability of the e statements?


We will send you emails every month on your registered email address that your monthly eStatements are available online.

If I choose to sign up for the e- statement service, can I continue to receive my paper statements?


No, eStatements replace paper statements.

If I opt for online statements, can I switch back to paper statements?


Yes you can, by calling centre number on 0344 412 4444. (Calls to this number use free plan minutes if available, otherwise they cost the same as 01/02 prefix calls) or by visiting any of our branches.

Can I request duplicate account statements if I need them?


Yes you can, by calling centre number on 0344 412 4444. (Calls to this number use free plan minutes if available, otherwise they cost the same as 01/02 prefix calls) or by visiting any of our branches. Respective charges will be applicable, please refer our schedule of charges for complete information.

How long will my eStatements be kept online?


Each eStatement is stored for 7 years from the date of issue.
