How can I apply for a POS machine?

How does a POS terminal work?

A POS machine or card machine is just a payment processing machine. When a card is tapped or inserted into the card swipe machine, the amount gets debited from the customer's account. Later the merchant receives the payment settlement for transactions done for the day in his bank account. Funds are settled with next day or 3 days later based on the merchant’s selected preferences.

What are the different card processing fees?

Card processing fees are charged by payment processors to process card transactions. Different networks have different card processing fees. Mswipe offers some of the lowest processing fees in the market while providing complete transparency.

Does ICICI Bank UK Plc provide customer support?

ICICI Bank UK does not provide support for POS machine queries . You would have to reach out to Mswipe Customer Care Support.

What do I do if there is a problem with my device?

What documents do I need to become a Mswipe merchant?

Standard KYC documents are required: Broadly, you will need business proof, identity proof, and address proof for the business and for all directors and owners

Is there any training provided for new merchants?

Yes, an email will be sent to the merchant with the instructions provided by Mswipe. After the device is installed, the Mswipe Relationship Manager will also give an orientation over the phone.

How long does it take to get my Mswipe POS device after an application has been submitted?

The Mswipe risk team will take 24 - 48 hrs to review all the documents. Within this window they will raise any discrepancies and notify the customer of any missing or incorrect documents. Once all docs are reviewed and cleared the device should arrive within 24 - 48 hrs.

What accessories are provided with the device?

Charging cable, Charging adapter, 1 paper roll, pre-installed SIM card.
